Three Methods of Ordering

• EXCHANGE - WE SHIP FIRST You do not want to lay up your car while waiting for us to rebuild your parts and are willing to pay little more for the convenience. To order add core charges to exchange price listed. (There is small non-refundable core processing fee, 6% of the core charges, to cover our payment processing costs for core charge and core refund). Phone in, fax in, or e-mail your order for same day shipping. Return your old cores with a copy of the invoice, within 90 days and we will refund the core charge.
• EXCHANGE - YOU SHIP FIRST You do not mind laying up your car. Send in your parts and we will ship you rebuilt replacement from stock. No core charges or fees involved. Shipping - the day we receive your cores.
• REBUILD & RETURN (R&R) Send us the parts and we will rebuild them and ship back to you. Turnaround time - 5 working days for most jobs.

Terms

Payments should be made before Apple ships the order. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express - cards charged on the day we ship your order, checks - personal checks must clear our bank before we ship, PayPal - payment to info@applehydraulics.com - must reference our invoice number and be exact amount agreed New York State residents must add sales tax.

Shipping to Apple

When sending cores to us, send what you received from us (if sending for core refund), or what you see on pictures in these pages (exchange, R&R). Parts need not be cleaned.

To avoid delays and loses, please include necessary paperwork: invoice copy for core refund, completed purchase order form, or a brief note with your name, address, phone number, listing of what is sent, etc.

Use carrier of your choice. For smaller parts we recommend Priority Mail using Flat Rate Box. Boxes (in three different sizes) are available free at post offices. Postage between any two USA zip codes is same for whatever you can fit in the box and package arrives in 2-3 busines days. Most popular size is 8.5 by 11 by 5.5; postage for it is $11.30 (tracking and insurance are optional). With postage paid online you can schedule free pick-up. For details go to Click-N-Ship.

Shipping from Apple

• USA Domestic:We use Post Office Priority Mail and Fedex. Fedex Ground is used if it is faster than Priority Mail or if your order does not fit safely into one of Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. We will charge actual shipping cost plus $3 - $10 handling ($3 for all priority mail, $3 plus $0.10 per pound of package weight for Fedex). Note that large lightweight boxes are charged by "volume weight" (for example, carburetors shipping & handling is min $20)
• International: Shipping & handling charges are actual Fedex or Postal Service charges plus handling as above.
• Please let us know if you prefer other arrangements.

Core Acceptance

Only rebuildable cores are accepted for core charge refund, exchange, or R&R. In the past, less than 5% of the cores were rejected. Many of the cores rejected receive partial credit depending on the condition.

Rebuildable cores:

• No physical damage such as cracks, bent or broken parts
• Mounting holes not broken or excessively worn
• Threads and splines not stripped
• Not "frozen": Internal movable parts should move

Limited Lifetime Warranty

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

This Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in every product we sell. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, racing, or poor installation.

What Apple Hydraulics Will Do

Apple Hydraulics will repair, replace, or adjust any defective item or refund the purchase amount at our option.
